Gratitude Practice.

5–15 min Breathing Cognitive Hybrid

Gratitude is easy to nod along to and surprisingly hard to feel on command. Gratitude Practice is for moving it from idea to experience — slowing down enough that appreciation actually lands, rather than staying a thing you know you’re supposed to do.

It opens by settling the breath, easing you into a calm enough state to notice anything at all. Then it guides a real reflection on what matters — not a rushed list, but a few specific things given enough time to register and warm you. It closes by extending that warmth outward through loving-kindness, turning the good feeling toward the people in your life so the appreciation becomes connection rather than just a private glow.

Reach for it at the end of a good day you want to hold onto, in a low stretch where the good is easy to overlook, or any evening you want to close the day on something other than its problems.

How a session unfolds.

1 Arrive · Settle in. The breath slows and the body downshifts first.
2 Deepen · The heart of the practice — attention, imagery, or release, matched to your check-in.
3 Integrate · A gentle, settling close, so the calm carries into what comes next.

Every session follows this arc by design — settle, deepen, then land gently. It's composed, not shuffled. The science →
